wecare personnel

is an association of experienced recruiters.
We place skilled personnel, academics and trainees from Asia for industry as well as for the craft and service sector
Our origin lies in the placement of medical professionals from the Philippines.
In the meantime, we have expanded our range:
- On the one hand, to include additional disciplines with skilled trades and academic professions from other industries including the service industry
- Second, to include other Asian countries to ensure greater flexibility and to be more independent of political decisions
We have a national and international network of partners for recruitment and certified language training as well as authorities for recognition, labor market approval, visa issuance and realization of funding.
Furthermore, we have many years of experience in the integration of foreign professionals in Germany.
We act as a strategic and operational partner for our clients from the very beginning, i.e. we provide consulting support throughout the entire selection, placement and integration process.
