Why skilled workers from Asia?

  • Profession and education
    • There is an oversupply of workers in certain industries in our candidates' home country:
      • Many skilled workers cannot find a job in their learned profession
      • Many interested students do not have access to the apprenticeships they desire
    • The placement in Germany desired by our candidates therefore does not lead to an undersupply of skilled workers in the respective occupational field of their home country.
  • The family
    • is the central component in the Asian culture.
    • Multigenerational households are the rule.
    • Teamwork, cohesion and division of labor are generally strong.
  • Personality structure
    • Due to their cultural background, our professionals are considered to be
      • social and outgoing
      • at the same time tactfully reserved.

The language training

  • language schools according to TELC, ÖSD and Goethe examination procedures
  • We accompany our candidates from A1 - B1 (on request also up to B2) among others with DAF teachers at different certified partner schools in the respective Asian countries.
  • There are monthly internal language tests to prove the trained language level.
  • Training is provided both as face-to-face instruction and in a supportive manner through online courses.
